When you have decided where you will operate and found the right premises, we will provide you with a full training program prior to launch.
Part of this is a full week residential course which will provide the backbone of your growing skills and knowledge. Alongside this you will also receive on site mentoring and training prior to launch from your Area Manager. This support continues through launch with at least five days worth of on site training by both the Area Manager and Regional Director.
The training does not stop there however; regular and diverse courses are available in our dedicated training academy suites in Reading and Barnsley plus at other sites across the country. The majority of these courses are free of charge to franchisees and their staff as we believe strongly in further development, we employ industry leading outside trainers for our on-going training to ensure the freshest and best ideas are passed onto our franchisees. Our excellent training was recognised by a in the Estate Agency of the Year ceremony 2008.
